My USAJOBS information is not there

If USAJOBS can’t find your profile information, you’ll be signed in as Guest.

To find your USAJOBS profile, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into USAJOBS
  2. Select the “find existing profile” button
  3. Enter your email address and select “send email”
  4. Check your email and follow the instructions to confirm your account.

If you receive an email that says the email address is not associated with a USAJOBS account, try to link your profile using a different email.

If you are unable to link your profile or you no longer have access to the email address you used to create your USAJOBS profile, you can select “lost access to your email addresses” to contact the USAJOBS Help Center for additional support or use this link: https://www.usajobs.gov/Help/faq/account/no-profile/
